Team

Eight people keeping the centre practical, open, and rooted in local trust.

Eglish And Rath Community Centre Limited runs on a mix of governance, frontline support, programme delivery, and volunteer coordination. This team keeps the building active and the work connected to real local needs.

How We Work

A small team with clear roles across delivery, care, and coordination.

The centre depends on people who can switch between strategy and day-to-day problem solving. On any given week, that means opening rooms, managing referrals, supporting families, briefing volunteers, and keeping partnerships moving.

Every role below is built around accessibility, responsiveness, and practical follow-through for residents in Birr, Eglish, Rath, and the surrounding area.
